The regular Anger Management Program, as distinct from the Anger Workshop and Group Anger Management Program, entails attending 8-10 sessions. These sessions are usually done on an individual basis (one-on-one).
Fees are negotiated during your initial session. Generally, they range from $80-$120 per session +HST.
However, if fees are a challenge, we usually negotiate a lower fee.
The program is administered based on the client’s availability. Whenever the client negotiates an appointment, it is considered as a session.
A session can run from 45 minutes to an hour; usually exercises are assigned as homework.
For clients whose first language is not English, we offer counselling services in Tamil; for other languages, you may need an interpreter.

There are many reasons leading to teenager stress which often lead to inappropriate behaviours such as anger outbursts and substance abuse (alcohol, marijuana) because they are in the process of developing from a child to an adult. We offer appropriate guidance and behavioural strategies on how to manage these teenage challenges.
Conflict between teens and their parents is a matter of concern not only for parents but also for teenagers. Often it is based on a clash of values which is not openly discussed in their interactions.
Although alcohol and (marijuana to a limited extent) are legal, that does not make any addiction less devastating to adults and their families. We are here to help you to cope with the resulting distressing issues and eventually get rid of any addictive behaviours especially around alcohol and marijuana.

If requested, you will receive a Letter and/or a Certificate of Completion after the successful completion of the program, which is accepted by the Ontario Court system.
