Anger Management Counselling is a service where clients are offered strategies and techniques to manage excessive anger and make better life choices. We also offer a compressed version of the Anger Management Program, the details for which can be found on the home page under "Anger Workshop". Most of this counselling service is done on a one-on-one basis. Overall, it can make a person's life happier because much unhappiness and difficulties in relationships are caused by an inability to manage excessive anger.
